75 Ton Tilting Bed Trim PressOverview: This custom 75 Ton Tilting Bed Trim Press is a wonderful example of our custom equipment expertise. The tilting bed trim press is an impressive and substantial piece of equipment. However despite its size, it provides incredible flexibility and functionality. Achievements: Customer required a short cycle time while maintaining a smooth running machine. This was accomplished by utilizing porportional hydraulic technology. This machine is integrated into an automated robot cell. Fully assembled the machine weighed in at 55 tons. Although sizeable, the hydraulic bed of the press tilted for easy removal of flash.
