October 2008

Parmerit is pleased to announce the addition of a new Vertical Lathe to our Custom Machining capabilities.

With a brand new control system in place on the machine, machined our first component with it on October 6th. This is just another example of Parmerit's dedication to progress for our customers.

December 2007

Parmerit is pleased to be in the process of implementing the following certifications to provide enhanced services for our customers.

Mid-December we started working towards achieving our ISO 9001 certification. This certification will enhance our ability to provide quality products and services for our customers.

April 2007

CWB Certification

Parmerit in-house welders become CWB certified. "Our welders have always been meticulous about their work. This certification verifies their skills and the quality of work that Parmerit provides to our clients on an ongoing basis.

New CNC Lathe

We are pleased to announce the purchase of a new CNC Lathe. This machine can swing 30” over the ways, 19” over the cross slide and 120” between centres. This lathe increases the size of our turning capability and will increase our volume capabilities to help service our customers better.
