Assembly Dial Machine

Overview:

This Assembly Dial Machine had 6 stations:

- loading the part

- check threaded holes and perocity using Eddie         Current Technology.

- pick and place aluminim bushings

- pressed aluminum bushings using Press Force           monitoring

- dimensional checking on casting

- auto unload into reject or accept chute
