Bracket Assembly Line

Overview:

This palletized automated assembly line installed a number of threaded studs into a magnesium casting utilizing blow feed and DC torque tool technology.

Achievements:

Cycle time set for the project was 42 seconds. The final cycle time on this line exceeded the project specifications achieving 34 seconds.
