Each custom designed Assembly Line is fitted with the most realiable Linear Transfer Technology, Vision Technology and Automated Equipment. Our systems are built to increase productivity while maintaining manufacturing flexibility.

Process:

This paletized line included a number of assembly solutions. Two lines ran functional tests. Using Lab View, complete functional test data was stored on each serialized part. Lab View also checked the drive by wire system storing the results. Other stations also included DC torque tools and manual stations.
