Process:

This assembly process incorporated a number of stand alone machines, each completing a portion of the assembly process. The machine featured here ran the final functional tests to ensure all components were installed correctly, accepting and rejecting parts accordingly.

Process steps include:

Press Force Monitoring, Orbital Spinning, Auto Screw, Functional Testing and Auto Unload.
